Please read this document carefully before your TSLT session.
By booking a session with Rosa Vreeling, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding Transformational Self Love Therapy (TSLT) and Breathe & Receive sessions.
Transformational Self Love Therapy (TSLT) and Breathe & Receive are forms of energy healing and self-development work. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Rosa Vreeling is a certified TSLT Facilitator trained by Tara Love Perry and is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or psychotherapist.
I confirm that my participation in any TSLT or Breathe & Receive session with Rosa Vreeling is entirely voluntary. I understand that I may stop or pause the session at any time.
I take full personal responsibility for my own wellbeing during and after sessions. I understand that TSLT sessions may bring up emotions, memories, or physical sensations. I agree to communicate openly with Rosa about my experience during the session.
I confirm that I am not currently under acute psychiatric care or experiencing a psychiatric crisis. If I have any serious mental or physical health conditions, I confirm that I have consulted with my healthcare provider before participating in these sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Rosa Vreeling from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in TSLT or Breathe & Receive sessions, including but not limited to any physical, emotional, or psychological effects experienced during or after sessions.
Rosa Vreeling agrees to keep all information shared during sessions strictly confidential, with the exception of situations where disclosure is required by law.
I understand that sessions take place online via Zoom. I accept responsibility for ensuring a safe, private, and comfortable environment on my end during the session.
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact Rosa directly to discuss rescheduling.
